For visitors that are considering joining our club here are some facts and features to consider:

• Current AMA membership/license required (currently $58.00 per year)
  Join or renew your AMA membership today.  AMA Application
• First Year Dues $291.00
  ($150.00 dues + $75.00 initiation + $58.00 AMA + $8.00 club badge)
• Yearly Dues Thereafter $150.00 (does not include AMA insurance cost)
  (or $125.00 if you work twice during the year: see below)
• Field Work Crew Obligation Twice Per Year
  (voluntary: $12.50 credit each session toward dues reduction)
• Land and Water Craft Are Welcome
• Helicopters and Gliders Are Welcome
• Jet Models Are Welcome
  (must be able to handle grass runways)
• Very Effective & Monitored Frequency Control Board
• Three(3) Runways - 1,000' Grass N-S, 800' Grass E-W & 600x50' Water
• Three(3) Section Covered Pit Area On Concrete Pads
• Ample Parking Space For Everyone
• Gasoline Generator For Electrical Power
• Running Water
  (when generator is running)
• Very Nice Cookshack Area with a Huge Barbeque Pit

Our club meetings are scheduled the 2ND Saturday of every month at the club field at 10am, and in order to be a part of and have a voice in club activities, attendance is highly recommended but not mandatory.

Northwest Houston Radio Control Club has been in existance for almost 40 years in the Houston area and we plan to be here a very, very long time !
